We work with patients throughout the unincorporated community that includes the Las Vegas Strip and UNLV area. Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model that removes the complex, costly insurance billing system from your health care: no hidden fees, transparent pricing, and real time with your doctor. Dr. Bacala personally sees every member — extended visits, direct phone/text/video access, and same-day or next-day scheduling when you're sick. To maintain that level of care, enrollment is limited whether you're joining us from Paradise or anywhere else in the valley.

No. DPC is health care, not insurance — we don't bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and membership doesn't cover catastrophic events like hospitalization or surgery. We recommend pairing your membership with at least a high-deductible insurance plan.
