What happens after I request a consultation?
Within 24 hours you'll get a text and email with your secure enrollment link. You'll complete your health history and consent, add a card on file, and book your telehealth visit. Your $85 visit fee is charged when you book.
Will I have to fill out the same questions twice?
No. The quiz on this site only asks about your goals. Your health history is collected once, securely, in your patient portal.
What if I'm not a candidate?
Your provider reviews your health history before your visit. If peptide therapy isn't safe or appropriate for you, we'll let you know and refund your visit fee in full.
Do I have to mix it?
Yes, and it takes about a minute. Most peptides arrive as a powder to keep them stable. Your vial's label tells you exactly how much water to add, your first order includes a reconstitution kit (bacteriostatic water, syringes and alcohol pads, $75), and we walk you through it on your call. You'll also get a dosing card with your exact amounts.
How fast does it ship?
Most orders ship within about 2 business days of payment, straight to your door. Faster shipping is available at checkout; cost varies.
How do refills work?
During your active plan, no new visit is needed. We'll remind you about a week before your pack runs out. Just reply, request a refill online, or email hello@quillhealthdpc.com. We do a quick check-in on how you're doing and send you a secure link to reorder. Starting a new cycle after your break, or adding or switching peptides, includes a free follow-up with your provider by phone or email for active patients.
Do I have to know which peptide I want?
No. Take the Find My Peptide quiz and we'll show you options to talk through at your telehealth visit.
Do I need new bloodwork?
Not necessarily. If you've had labs in the past 12 months, you can discuss them with your provider at your visit. If you need new ones, we can order a baseline panel for $99.
Where do the medications come from?
We work with licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. After your visit you get a secure link to order the peptides your provider prescribed; the pharmacy prepares them and ships discreetly.
How do I know my peptides are safe and pure?
Our licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partners test every batch before it ships: purity (HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), sterility, endotoxins, heavy metals and potency (how much active peptide is in each vial). That is the difference between a prescribed peptide and an online "research" peptide sold not for human use. Have questions about the testing behind your medication? Just ask us.
Does the $85 visit guarantee a prescription?
No. You're paying for a medical evaluation. Your provider prescribes only when a peptide is safe and appropriate for you.
I'm already a Quill Health member. What do I do?
Just message us. Your visit is included and you get member pricing.
Who may not be a fit?
Our peptide program is for adults 21 and older. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active cancer, or certain other conditions may not be candidates. We screen for this before and during your visit.
