Children must have at least one paid adult on the same account. The 2 adults do not need to be parents — any 2 adults can share an account.

One-Time Enrollment Fee

Example: family of five

2 adults ($230) + 1st child ($65) + 2nd child ($45) + 3rd child ($45) = $385/month.
Due at enrollment: $150 enrollment fee + $385 first month = $535.

Payment of monthly membership fees is required to remain an active member and receive service.
There are no long-term contracts or commitments — we ask for a 30-day notice if you wish to cancel. If you rejoin later, the enrollment fee applies again.
