$100 + 1st Month Memberships (Individual)

*Payment of monthly membership fees is required to remain an active member and receive service.
**If you decide to cancel- it's simple, we hope to have an honest relationship with you. THERE IS NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT OR COMMITMENT. We ask that you give us a 30 day notice if you wish to cancel. If you choose to become a member again, you will need to pay the enrollment fee again. (We only take limited amount members and you may need to be placed on waiting list)
